Make an Offer
Found the one? We’ll help you put forward a competitive offer. We’ll present your offer professionally to the seller, negotiate on your behalf, and keep you informed at every turn.

Instruct a Solicitor
Once your offer is accepted, you’ll need a conveyancer or solicitor to handle the legal process. If you don’t have one, we can recommend trusted local professionals we work with regularly.

Surveys & Mortgage Finalisation
Your mortgage lender may require a valuation or survey. You might also choose to arrange your own more detailed survey (HomeBuyers Report or Building Survey). We’ll liaise with all parties to keep everything moving smoothly.

Exchange Contracts
Once your solicitor is happy with the legal paperwork and your mortgage is confirmed, you’ll exchange contracts and pay the deposit (usually 10%). This is the point where the sale becomes legally binding.

Completion Day
Congratulations — it’s moving day! On completion, the remaining funds are transferred, and you get the keys to your new home. We’ll be there to celebrate with you (and maybe even pop a bottle of champagne).
